We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Mastichari. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the beach and a short walk to town. The room was modern and clean, and the sea view from our balcony was breathtaking. The nearby restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

its location is great - mastichari beach was 500 metres from the venue. staff are supper friendly and welcoming, they are doing nice job.

Convenient Location

The staff here were super helpful, they really went out of their way for us. The location was awesome, really close to the town and port which was super handy. 😊

The view from the rooms was spectacular. Quite literally on the beach. No need to go anywhere else for food because we tried everywhere in town and they had the best tasting and most professional staff.

I had a fantastic 8 nights stay in Mastichari. The staff were excellent and friendly, and I enjoyed the location. It had a great setting adjacent to nice restaurants nearby as well as the Mastachari ferry.

Th owners were very friendly and helpful, meeting us from the ferry and organizing our taxi to the airport. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Everything that we required.

Our stay at Panorama Studios was excellent! The rooms were large and very clean. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a couple of steps from the harbour. The short bus ride (about 10 minutes if that) goes directly from the airport to the harbour. There are also bikes to rent, cars to rent or you can take the bus or a taxi to explore the rest of the island if you like. The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional. We ate there multiple times and everything we had was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. We have 2 toddlers and the room we had had two separate bedrooms which was perfect for them taking naps and going to bed early and letting us stay up and enjoy the evening. The hotel staff was extremely accomodating and very friendly. Even if you are unable to stay at Panorama Studios you should definitely stop by for the incredible food, you'll keep coming back. We most definitely recommend this place to anyone, families or couples, wanting a relaxing and beautiful stay on the Greek Island of Kos.

The beachfront location was amazing! Being able to step out of the apartment and have the beach right in front of us was a dream come true. We also loved that the port to Kalimnos was just a short walk away, making it very convenient for us to explore the surrounding islands. Another advantage was the warm and welcoming hostess who made us feel right at home.

The lack of communication from the property. We had a hard time getting in touch with them and didn't receive any information about check-in until the last minute.

Absolutely loved the view of the beach from our room and the convenience to the nearby restaurants, grocery stores and port. Very friendly family-run hotel. We are thinking about returning to the exact spot early this summer. Would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a family vacation.

I absolutely loved the spectacular location of this hotel, right on a beautiful beach. It was so convenient being close to all the bars, restaurants, and small shops, yet surprisingly quiet after midnight. the individually controlled air-conditioning in the rooms was a great feature, and the tables on the balconies with a sea view were a lovely touch. the friendly staff, especially Chris and her mother, were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only minor downside was that the wifi, although free, was not always working properly. this didn't bother me much as I was on vacation and didn't depend on it too much.

The room overlooked the sea. It was beautiful.

The owners didn't seem prepared for payment by Barclaycard. Just ensure 'you' (the traveller has cash). To compensate however I was given a room next to the beach. So I was very pleased.

Perfect location near stunning crags, convenient access to restaurants and amenities. Tidy rooms with beautiful sea views from the patio. Niki was incredibly sweet and always helpful.
